Production Process Overview

Metal Enclosure Production:

  3. Roll Forming: Sheets are shaped into box frames using forming rollers.

  6. Packaging: Finished boxes are packed for transport, often in wooden crates or pallets . Composite Box Production:
  7. Material Loading: SMC/BMC sheets are placed in the hydraulic press.
  8. Compression Molding: High-pressure pressing forms the box shape.
  9. Curing & Cooling: Material is cured under controlled temperature and pressure.
  10. Finishing & Inspection: Boxes are trimmed, inspected, and prepared for assembly .
